Our Cuisine
Kaya is an izakaya-inspired restaurant serving Japanese sharing plates built for the table. The menu moves through five acts — Round One Bites, Keep It Fresh, Hot Mess, Comfort Zone, and Sweets. Dishes arrive as they're ready, keeping pace with whatever's in your glass. Standouts include the Ash Karaage, Mentai Tama Burrata with house-fermented chili, and the Kani Meshi Nabe — snow crab, ikura, and uni crème folded through claypot rice, made for three or four.
Bold Japanese flavors. Fermentation at the core.
